What new programs did you learn to use?

I have learned to use imovie and garageband. I learned how to make a PSA using imovie and i just found pictures put them on made music on garage band put it on and made a PSA. I gained a lot of information from researching teen abortion. Teen abortion is the number one cause of death in the united states. Out of 3 million unintended pregnancies, 1 million of them are teenagers. Also 4 in to teen pregnancy will end in abortion. And half of 49% of all unintended pregnancy are terminated by abortion. I never knew about this stuff until i researched it for the PSA i really enjoyed this, i'm totally against abortion and this was really great to get to do C:

Learning Styles

My #1 learning style is musical, which i a lot like me it says "Musical: You like the rhythm and sound of language. You like poems, songs, and jingles. You enjoy humming or singing along with music. You probably remember things well when they are associated with music or rhythm. Try to incorporate sounds into your lessons, such as using a familiar tune, song, or rap beat to teach spelling rules, or to remember words in a series for a test. Here are some other ways to use your musical intelligence." Which is very right about me.

My #2 learning style is social, it says "Social: You like to develop ideas and learn from other people. You like to talk. You have good social skills. Effective techniques of enhancing your learning using your social intelligence include taking part in group discussions or discussing a topic one-to-one with another person. Find ways to build reading and writing exercises into your group activities." I am a very social perosn, i love to talk , i'm very good with people, i get along with most people. I'm very out going and have a great personality!(at least i tihnk i do c: lol)

My #3 and last one was self, this one states that "Self: You have a very good sense of self. You like to spend time by yourself and think things over. You will often take in information from another person, mull it over by yourself, and come back to that person later to discuss it. You like working on projects on your own. You often prefer to learn by trial and error. Effective techniques to enhance your learning include keeping a journal and giving yourself time to reflect on new ideas and information." Which is also true i like to be by myself sometimes, even though i am a very sociable perosn. I like to just kick it in my room put on some headphones, dance sing, and just rock along with the beat, or just think quietly to myself, either way alone time in my life is crucial c:!!!!

What is appropriate and inappropriate internet use?

Appropriate internet use is when you are getting information on something you need for school or work, or just some thing you want to research. Also, getting e-mails from friends and

talking to family members online. Appropriate internet use can also be using programs to help

you out for school, or work. Inappropriate use of the internet is using myspace or other 

websites like that to get blackmail, by "acting" like your someone else, or bullying people.

Any type of harassment is inappropriate use of the inter net. Adult websites would be another 

inappropriate internet usage, there are many other appropriate and inappropriate uses

of the internet these are just a few bigger problems people come into contact with.

What have you learned in photoshop so far?

Well, i have used photoshop prior to this class a little so i do know how to do some

things with text and the tools already when we got into this class, but i have been

learning to perfect my editing skills by taking this class, i have learned stuff like feathering, 

cropping, tools i didn't know how to use, such as the blur tool, and the clone tool. I think

this class is very helpful to all people interested in graphic designs like i am. Photoshop

has by far been my favorite part of this class so far, i think it is neat to learn how to change 

pictures appearance. 

Digital Imaging

Do you have a digital camera and what kind of photos do you take with it?

        Yes, i do have a digital camera , and i take many photos. I take some of my 

friends and me, some of my family and me, and some of my animals, i also

sometimes take pictures of scenery i love to take pictures.

What is your favorite photo you have ever taken and why?

My favorite picture i have ever taken is probably of me for myspace,

i  take tons of them so i can't really pick between them, but the

reason i like them the best is because it shows off your personality

and traits and its always fun to show people who you really are.

Do you think photos are important to the web and print media? Why or Why not?

Yes, i do think its important, because people usually stop if they see an

interesting picture in the paper, or in a magazine or something.

Pictures often catch peoples eye and make them want to read the story written about it.
